What we do
We focus on the “high-impact” areas that change how a bathroom feels: grout lines, corners, worn surfaces, and uneven color. The goal is simple — a cleaner-looking space that feels refreshed, not patched.
Tile reglazing
Refreshes the visible surface for a uniform finish. Great when tile is intact but looks tired, stained, or dated.
Grout refresh
Deep clean, repair, and restore grout lines so the whole area reads brighter and cleaner. We address the details that most people notice first.
If you’re not sure what you need, that’s normal. Send a few photos or call — we’ll tell you the honest best path.
Why homeowners choose refinishing over replacement
Full tear-outs can spiral fast: tile removal, backer board, plumbing surprises, dust, delays, and multiple trades. If your tile is still solid, refinishing can give you a strong visual upgrade with less disruption.
1
Less mess. Controlled prep and a focused process — not a demolition zone.
2
Faster turnaround. In many cases it’s a single-visit project with clear next steps.
3
Big visual change. Bright grout lines and consistent surfaces make the whole room feel newer.
Our process
The finish is only as good as the prep. We take care of the details that keep the result looking crisp and even.
1
Prep & protection. Masking, cleaning, and bonding steps to support durability.
2
Repair & detail work. Address chips, worn spots, grout gaps, and problem corners.
3
Finish & cure. Even coats, clean lines, and a clear explanation of care and cure time.
Want the best lifespan? Use non-abrasive cleaners and avoid harsh scrubbing pads. We’ll leave you simple care tips.

Tile & grout FAQ
What’s the difference between tile reglazing and regrouting?
Regrouting replaces failing grout. Reglazing refreshes the visible surface for a clean, consistent look. Many bathrooms benefit from both: fix what’s damaged, then refinish for a uniform finish.
How long does it take?
Most projects can be completed in a single visit, depending on the condition. We’ll confirm timing after a quick assessment and explain cure time before normal use.
Will it hold up in a shower?
With proper prep and the right coating system, refinished surfaces can hold up well in wet areas. Longevity depends on the existing substrate and using non-abrasive cleaners afterward.
Can you change tile or grout color?
Yes. We can help you choose a finish that looks clean and natural — not overly “plastic” — and fits the room.
Do I need to replace my tile?
Not always. If the tile is structurally sound and the issue is staining, dullness, minor wear, or tired grout lines, reglazing + grout refresh can be a smart alternative to demolition.
